Debbie Rose – Legislative Assistant
Deborah is the Legislative Assistant responsible for human and social service issues relating to healthcare, Riverside University Health System, welfare, domestic violence, child abuse prevention and protection, mental health, public health, childcare, foster care and adoption, programs and services for low-income individuals, drug and alcohol abuse issues, juvenile matters, adult protective and in-home support services, and animal services. Deborah has been with Supervisor Ashley’s Office since joining the staff as an intern in 2006.
Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, graduating cum laude from California State University, Fullerton. Deborah is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Honor Society, Golden Key International Honor Society, Order of Omega National Honor Society, Delta Zeta International Sorority, and is a recipient of the Girl Scout Gold Award. She has been involved in a multitude of organizations throughout the Inland Empire and Orange County, including: Riverside Youth Court, CSUF College Legal Clinic, YDA, OCYD, and is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Moreno Valley. Deborah speaks conversational German.
